You’ll need a valid Library card number and PIN for each person attending the program. Both parents/caregivers and children must have valid library memberships to register for all parented children’s programs. Osteoporosis aka the “silent thief,” can cause bones to deteriorate over a number of years without any signs or symptoms, until a bone breaks. Unfortunately, by the time this happens, the disease is already fairly advanced. Learn the basics of bone health, knowing your risk for osteoporosis, and ways to maintain healthy bones.
