You can register for programs online, by calling 403.260.2620, or in person at your community library. You’ll need a valid Library card number and PIN for each person attending the program. Both parents/caregivers and children must have valid library memberships to register for all parented children’s programs. Starting Out in Visual Astronomy – Introduction

Whether you have binoculars, a telescope, or are using your unaided eyes, there will be something to see in the night sky. We will teach you how to find celestial objects that you can show to friends and family. See our own Moon, the planet Saturn and its rings, the planet Jupiter and its moons, nebulae, star clusters, and other galaxies.
