You’ll need a valid Library card number and PIN for each person attending the program. Both parents/caregivers and children must have valid library memberships to register for all parented children’s programs. Reflexology, A Holistic Approach to Health and Wellness

Explore a brief history of reflexology, along with a more thorough discussion about its health and wellness benefits, and a demonstration of easy and effective self-care techniques. Reflexology is a natural non-invasive modality that can assist the body to achieve balance and harmony, where all systems function at optimum levels. One lucky volunteer will receive a hands-on demonstration of how reflexology is administered. In partnership with Step Forward To Better Health.
