You’ll need a valid Library card number and PIN for each person attending the program. Both parents/caregivers and children must have valid library memberships to register for all parented children’s programs. Introduction to Toastmasters International - Youth Leadership Program

Develop speaking and presentation skills, and increase your self-confidence in this 6 week program for youth 13 to 17 years old who are new to Toastmasters. Participants will learn, practice and improve their communication and leadership skills through practical experience in a safe environment. Explore how to organize and present your ideas to others. Learn to manage meetings. Develop effective listening skills. Enhance the control of your voice, vocabulary and gestures. Attendance at all 6 classes is expected. If you do not attend the first class your place may be given to someone on the waiting list. In partnership with Toastmasters International.
